At Lighthouse Learning, we are focused on creating a learning environment where children learn to share and thrive. We stringently follow the Protection of Children against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012 and ensure that every child is protected and their privacy is secured.

ENCOURAGING SAFER STUDENT-TEACHER INTERACTIONS

With a clear emphasis on child safety, we ensure that all adult interactions with children shall always be in visible settings. As a rule, our responsibility is to make sure that no school staff members interact with any child outside the school hours or on holidays without the approval of the school authority and the knowledge of parents. No school staff members are allowed to click unauthorised photos, videos of students under any circumstances.

Upholding confidentiality of students

We ensure that staff members protect the confidentiality of any information shared by children or about the children. We do not divulge any CCTV footage to any person without authorisation. Interaction or communication with children and parents/guardians using mobile applications, should be only through applications approved by the school management. Our ultimate goal is to foster an environment that is ideal for our students as well as teachers and other support staff members.
